		<description>The pathetic thing is that this is standard US Gov behavior.  That is, they aren&#039;t especially stonewalling this case more than enything else.  The government will NEVER admit responsibilty for anything unless compelled by courts or politics, because to do so under our somewhat appalling system would make them liable if sued and would provide tons of ammo for campaign commercials.  It&#039;s as simple as that.  If our government acts human under current law, those responsible (for acting human) will be punished.</description>
