   “More harm has been done by people panicked over societal decline than societal decline ever did.” An interesting idea…sounds plausible, though I require convincing! As of right now, I am all about population control: snip the tubes of every boy and girl the second they hit puberty and if they want to have kids later on in life, they have to apply for a license…the same hoops that any couple looking to adopt would have to leap over. No more unplanned pregnancies. No more abortion. Let them fuck like bloody bunnies and we could invest more money in cures for STDs as the rates would surely rise. And while we’re at it: every kid who already exists would have to be adopted before you could apply to have a biological kid of your own. Did I miss anything?? LOL :)

   If it is true that the intelligent breed less, the stupid breed more, and this leads to a general dumbing-down… then present day humanity is the dumbest it’s ever been since that trend would have been in effect all along. Does the evidence support this claim?
